Once Package is Paid for you will receive a series of emails requesting information from you. Please respond to the emails in a timely manner. No less than 3 business days.
Once Purchased there are no returns, refunds or deductions that can be made to your branding package. Your branding order will be completed within 7-14 business days, if we have a overload of orders your project will be completed within 14-21 business days.

You have 3 business days to provide requested information for your project. If your project remains on hold for more than 30 days due to lack of information or no information received to complete your project, we will no longer complete your project and no refunds will be available after 30 days from the date of purchase.

If a refund is made it will be minus the deposit which is 1/2 of the total amount of the package.

All deposits for design projects are also non-refundable.
